Authentic, heart-centered leadership doesn’t happen by accident. I work with leaders within organizations to expand their muscles in relationship building, empathy, communication, trust, and teamwork. At the same time, I supports leaders in developing an inspiring vision for themselves and their teams to move their entire organization forward. Organizational programs are designed in partnership with the client organization and the leadership team.
